- 40 ml espresso
- 1 tsp sugar (to taste)
- 1 ball of ice cream (coffee or vanilla flavor)
- 1 round butter cookie (size of glass diameter)
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- cocoa powder for dusting

Stir the sugar into the still-hot espresso and chill for about 30 minutes.

Pour the cooled espresso into a large glass, gently add a scoop of coffee ice cream, and place a cookie on top.

Beat the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Fill a piping bag with a star tip and pipe the whipped cream over the cookie, dusting immediately with cocoa powder before serving.
