  • 40 ml espresso
  • 1 tsp sugar (to taste)
  • 1 ball of ice cream (coffee or vanilla flavor)
  • 1 round butter cookie (size of glass diameter)
  • 100 ml whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • cocoa powder for dusting

    Stir the sugar into the still-hot espresso and chill for about 30 minutes.
