Mango Smoothie

Mango is the star among fruits for provitamin A. One glass of mango smoothie covers half of your daily vitamin A needs.
Ingredients
- 200 g ripe mango (0.5 ripe mangos)
- 125 ml kefir
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 100 ml mineral water
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
- Additionally: ice cubes

Peel the mango and cut the flesh into slices from the pit, leaving one thin slice aside; dice the remaining flesh.

Add kefir and honey to a tall container and blend with an immersion blender until smooth. Pour into a glass, add ice cubes, stir in mineral water briefly. Garnish with pumpkin seeds and the reserved mango slice and enjoy immediately.
