Ingredients
- 2 mangoes
- 4 clementines
- 200 g pineapple flesh
- 150 g celery root
- 1 Lime (juice)
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- ice cubes (for serving)

Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh away from the pit. Peel and segment the clementines. Cut the pineapple into pieces. Peel and dice the celery root. Blend all prepared ingredients with lime juice in a blender until smooth. If needed, add some cold water and adjust sweetness with sugar.

Fill glasses with 2-3 ice cubes each and serve.
