Mango Shake with Frozen Raspberries

Ingredients
- 2 large ripe mangos
- 1 Lime
- Ice cubes
- 200 ml pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- mint (for garnish)

Peel the mangos, cut the flesh away from the pit, dice, place in a shallow dish and chill for about 30 minutes.

Halve the lime and squeeze out the juice. Add the mango cubes and lime juice with the ice cubes and pineapple juice to a blender. Add honey and blend everything; if needed add a splash of very cold water.

Pour the smoothie into two glasses and garnish as desired with a frozen raspberry skewer.
