Ingredients
- 60 g soft butter
- 70 g sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 80 g flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- Butter (for the mold)

Instructions

Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy, then add the eggs one at a time. Mix the flour with the baking powder and salt and fold into the egg mixture. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan. Lightly grease the Madeleine molds (about 5 cm), dust with flour and fill them two-thirds full with batter. Place on a rack and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.

Remove, let cool slightly, then take out of the molds and cool on a wire rack.

Serve the Madeleines as desired with vanilla cream.
