Ingredients
- 400 g ground almonds
- 200 g sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp grated lemon zest
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 200 g pine nuts
- 1 egg yolk
Instructions

Beat eggs and sugar until creamy, then fold in almonds, lemon zest, and cinnamon until the dough is well formed.

Shape walnut-sized balls, first coat them in whisked egg yolk, then roll in pine nuts, press lightly, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) on the middle rack for about 10 minutes.
