Ingredients
- 1 Mango
- 1 pear
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 red chili pepper
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped mint
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped cilantro
- 1 Lime
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- Salt

Peel the mango and pear, remove the seeds or core, dice both into small cubes and place in a bowl.

Wash the bell pepper and chili pepper, halve them, trim, finely dice the pepper and finely chop the chili. Wash the spring onions, trim and slice into thin rings. Add these with the pepper, chili, mint and cilantro to the mango-pear mixture.

Squeeze the lime juice and mix it with the brown sugar into the salsa. Let it rest for about 30 minutes, then season with salt before serving.
