The Country Potatoes from Spoonsparrow taste great for the whole family and are an ideal hearty side dish or tasty snack.
Ingredients
- 1 kg mostly waxy potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika powder
- 4 sprigs Rosemary
- Sea salt

Wash the potatoes thoroughly, brush if needed and cut them lengthwise into wedges. Toss with oil and paprika, then spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan; gas: level 3) for about 40 minutes until golden brown, turning occasionally.

Wash the rosemary, shake off excess moisture, strip needles from two stems, and sprinkle over the potatoes along with a pinch of salt during the last 5 minutes. Toss the Country Potatoes in a parchment paper bag if desired, dust with paprika, and serve garnished with the remaining rosemary.
