Grilled Shrimp

Grilled shrimp from Spoonsparrow are simply perfect for the next grill party!

Ingredients

  • 500 g shrimp (prepped; headless, shell on)
  • 2 Organic Limes
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1 handful cilantro leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

    Wash the shrimp and peel them so that the tail fins remain attached. Soak wooden skewers in lukewarm water to prevent burning on the grill. Wash the limes; squeeze one lime, and slice the other into thin rounds.

    Thread the shrimp onto the skewers and drizzle with lime juice. Grill in a preheated grill pan for 2–3 minutes on each side, then season with salt and pepper. Serve the grilled shrimp garnished with lime slices and cilantro leaves.
