Ingredients
- 2 mangos
- 100 g kumquats
- 0.25 l apple cider vinegar
- 250 g sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp cardamom seeds
- 0.5 tsp Fennel seeds

Peel the mangos, remove the seed from the front, and cut into cubes.

Wash the kumquats, slice them, and deseed while slicing.

Cook the fruits with apple cider vinegar for 10 minutes; add sugar, salt, and spices and simmer over low heat, stirring frequently, for 40-50 minutes until the chutney thickens.

Fill prepared twist-off jars with the hot chutney to the brim and seal.
