Ingredients
- 1 ripe Mango
- 1 Lime
- 200 g pineapple flesh (ready to eat)
- 100 ml mango nectar
- 200 ml pineapple juice
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 6 ice cubes
Instructions

Peel the mango and cut the fruit flesh along the stone on both sides. Use a small knife to remove any remaining flesh attached to the stone. Dice the mango into small cubes, set aside half for garnish. Set the lime aside.

Coarsely cube the pineapple, combine with the remaining half of the mango, mango nectar, pineapple juice, lime juice, coconut milk and ice cubes in a blender. Blend finely, sweeten with syrup and pour into four glasses.

Sprinkle with the leftover mango cubes and serve.
