The Kale Ginger Smoothie by Spoonsparrow is a tasty and healthy snack that boosts metabolism.
Ingredients
- 200 g pineapple flesh
- 0.5 lemon
- 100 g tender kale leaves
- 1 box of watercress
- 10 g ginger (1 piece)
- 300 ml coconut water
Instructions

Cut the pineapple into pieces. Squeeze half a lemon. Clean, wash and chop the kale. Cut the watercress from the bed and set aside some for garnish. Peel and finely chop the ginger.

Add pineapple, lemon juice, kale, watercress, and ginger to a blender. Pour in coconut water and 200–300 ml of water and blend until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve with the remaining watercress.
