Ingredients
- 0.5 Salad Cucumber
- 10 radishes
- 200 g natural yogurt
- 50 ml milk
- Salt
- white ground pepper
- chive rolls for garnish

Peel the cucumber and cut it lengthwise in half. Cut 4 slices for garnish, dice the rest roughly. Wash and clean the radishes. Slice 1-2 radishes thinly and set aside for garnish. Halve the remaining radishes.

Blend the cucumber cubes, radishes, yogurt, and milk in a blender. If needed, thin with a little water. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into glasses and garnish with cucumber slices, radish slices, and chive rolls.
