Der Mango-Bananen-Drink mit Orangensaft und Joghurt von Spoonsparrow eignet sich perfekt als schnelles Frühstück für alle, die keine Zeit haben!
Ingredients
- 5 Oranges
- 1 ripe Mango
- 1 ripe banana
- 150 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)

Halve the oranges and squeeze the juice.

Peel the mango. Cut the pulp into slices from the stone and roughly dice it.

Peel the banana and break it into pieces. Blend with orange juice, mango pieces, and yogurt in a blender (or with an immersion blender). Fill 2 glasses (300 ml capacity).
