Strammer Max with Ham

Our Strammer Max with ham is slimmed down – yet this hearty bread meal offers many vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients

  • 30 g cucumber (1 piece)
  • 1 small tomato
  • 2 tsp butter (à 14 g; room temperature)
  • 2 eggs (S)
  • 1 whole grain roll
  • 1 tsp medium-hot mustard
  • 30 g ham (à 2 slices)
  • Salt
  • coarsely ground pepper
  • 0.25 packet garden cress

Instructions

    Wash the cucumber and tomato, rub dry and slice thinly.

    Heat 1 tsp of butter in a small non-stick pan. Crack the eggs and fry them as sunny-side up in the pan. Meanwhile, slice the roll. Mix the remaining butter and mustard, spread it on the bread halves.

    Top the bread halves with cucumber, tomato and ham.

    Place the fried eggs on top. Season with a little salt and coarsely ground pepper. Cut the cress from the garden. Serve the Strammer Max with ham garnished with cress.
