Ingredients

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 0.5 bunch Basil
  • 5 dried tomatoes
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 100 g black olives
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Wash the zucchini, first cut it lengthwise into slices, then into strips and finally into very small cubes.

    Cut the dried tomatoes into fine strips.

    Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

    Meanwhile heat oil in a pan over low heat, cook the unpeeled garlic cloves for a few minutes, then add the tomatoes, olives and zucchini and sauté briefly. Add the hot spaghetti and mix well with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with basil leaves and serve immediately.
