Ingredients
- 100 g fresh salmon fillet
- 100 g fresh trout fillet
- 100 g fresh sea bass fillet
- 50 g pickled ginger
- 4 roasted nori sheets
- 1 tsp wasabi paste
- 400 g cooked sushi rice
Instructions

Cut the fish fillets into strips about 1 cm wide. Slice the ginger into fine strips.

Spread a thin layer of wasabi paste on each nori sheet with your finger, leaving about one‑quarter of the surface uncovered. Place the rice on the nori, then arrange the fish strips and ginger on top. Using a bamboo rolling mat, roll the sheets tightly. Cut the four sushi rolls into six equal pieces.
