Ingredients
- 1 roasted nori sheet
- 1 piece of salad cucumber (about 10 cm)
- 100 g fresh tuna
- 125 g ready-made sushi rice
- 1 tsp wasabi
Instructions
-
1.
Cut the Nori sheet in half.
-
2.
Wash the cucumber, pat dry, halve it, remove seeds and slice into 5 mm thin strips. Slice the tuna into strips as well.
-
3.
Place a halved Nori sheet on the bamboo mat. Spread half of the sushi rice over it, leaving a narrow edge free at the top. In the middle of the rice spread a strip of wasabi paste and lay the cucumber and tuna strips on top. Using the bamboo mat, roll everything up. Lightly wet the free edge of the Nori sheet (best with a cooked, mashed rice grain) and press it onto the roll. Cut the sushi roll into three pieces and cut each piece diagonally again. Repeat the same filling, rolling and cutting for the second half of the Nori sheet.
