Ingredients
- 125 g soft butter
- 125 g cane sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 100 g yogurt
- 100 g Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- soft butter (for the molds)
- 200 g whipping cream
- 20 amaretti cherries (or blueberries)
- 2 tbsp Amaretto liqueur or cherry juice (or amarena cherry syrup or raspberry syrup)
- flour (for dusting)
Instructions

Rinse blueberries, wash, drain well or pat dry on kitchen paper. Cream butter with sugar, fold in eggs, then quickly stir in flour, salt, baking powder and yogurt. Dust blueberries with flour and fold into the batter. Grease Madeleine molds, fill with batter and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes, remove and cool on a wire rack.

Whip cream until stiff, fold in liqueur, then fill a piping bag with a star tip. Decorate blueberry Madeleines with a dab of cream and place one amaretti cherry inside each.
