Ingredients
- 6 anchovy fillets (from the jar)
- 1 clove garlic
- 7 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 8 tbsp vegetable broth (instant)
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- a pinch sugar
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 500 g macaroni
- 1 bunch Basil
- 4 hard‑boiled eggs
- 40 g freshly grated Parmesan
Instructions

Drain noodles and let them dry. Mix noodles with mushrooms. Sprinkle with chopped egg and Parmesan, then garnish with basil leaves.
