Ingredients
- 400 g Frozen peas
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Garlic clove
- 600 ml Poultry broth
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- Salt
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 100 g heavy cream
- fresh herbs (e.g., marjoram)
Instructions

Peel and finely chop the shallot and garlic. Sauté in hot butter, then add peas and ginger. Deglaze with poultry broth and bring to a boil.

Simmer for about 8 minutes, then stir in the cream and puree the soup until smooth. Optionally strain through a sieve. Season with salt and pepper, ladle into bowls, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve.
