Lobster Roll

Ingredients

  • 400 g lobster meat
  • 2 sandwich rolls
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 splash Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 2 large leaves of lettuce

Instructions

    Toast the rolls on both sides, then split them in half.

    Whisk mayonnaise with crème fraîche, mustard and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Roughly crumble lobster meat and fold into the sauce.

    Wash, pat dry and finely slice lettuce leaves. Layer the rolls with lettuce and fill with lobster. Serve immediately.
