Ingredients
- 2 white onions
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 walnut-sized piece ginger
- 2 Spring Onions
- 4 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 Papaya
- 8 lobster crabs (cooked, with tail)
- 100 g alfalfa sprouts
- 1 box watercress
Instructions

Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic. Peel and finely dice the ginger as well. Clean, wash, and finely slice the spring onions.

Heat oil in a pan. Briefly sauté the onions, garlic, ginger, and spring onions. Transfer everything from the pan into a bowl. Stir in vinegar and maple syrup. Season with salt and pepper.
