- 400 g poultry liver
- 500 g flour
- 200 ml Buttermilk
- 2 Eggs
- 6 tbsp plant oil
- flour (for work surface and dusting)

Wash the liver, remove skins and veins, and finely chop. Mix with flour, buttermilk, eggs, and oil to form a smooth dough. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan or conventional heat. On a floured surface roll the dough into a 3 cm diameter log and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Shape each slice into half moons and place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Dust with flour and bake in preheated oven for about 25 minutes. Remove and let cool completely.
