Ingredients

  • 450 g Linguine
  • 40 g pine nuts
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 60 g fresh basil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • Pfeffer

Instructions

    1) Bring plenty of salted water to a boil in a pot.

    2) Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

    3) Meanwhile, toast the pine nuts in a dry pan until golden yellow.

    4) Grate the Parmesan finely.

    5) Place the toasted pine nuts and basil in a food processor with a blade. Peel the garlic cloves and add them.

    6) Add half of the oil and blend everything into a fine paste. Then add the cheese and pulse briefly again.

    7) Add the remaining oil as needed to achieve a creamy pesto, then mix well.

    8) Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    9) Drain the pasta and let it drain briefly.
