Ingredients
- 400 g tagliatelle
- Salz
- 150 g young spinach leaves
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 EL olive oil
- 250 g cream cheese
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 300 g canned tuna (in own juice)
- Pfeffer (ground)
Instructions

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

Wash, dry, and rinse the spinach. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Sauté briefly in hot olive oil. Add the spinach and let it wilt, evaporating excess liquid. Whisk cream cheese with heavy cream until smooth, then fold into the spinach mixture. Heat gently without boiling. Break up the drained tuna, add to the sauce, warm through, and season with salt and pepper.

Toss the drained pasta (adding a splash of reserved cooking water if needed) with the sauce and serve immediately.
