Ingredients
- 600 g lingonberries
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 500 g gelification sugar (2:1)
- 800 g apricots

Wash the lingonberries, remove stems, and place them in a pot. Lightly mash with a potato masher, then stir in the lemon juice and sugar.

Wash the apricots, halve, pit, and dice finely. Mix into the lingonberries and let sit for about 1 hour.

Afterward, bring to a boil while stirring occasionally and simmer for about 4 minutes until sparkling.

Perform a gel test; pour the jam into prepared jars, seal immediately, and allow to cool.
