Ingredients
- 1 kg apricots
- 1 salad cucumber
- 500 g gelification sugar (2:1)
- 2 stems Mint
- 1 Orange (juice)

Boil the apricots, shock them, peel, halve, pit and dice finely. Wash the cucumber, trim the ends and slice into thin rounds or shave. Combine in a pot and stir in the sugar. Let steep for about 30 minutes.

Rinse the mint, shake dry, pluck the leaves and finely chop.

Boil the apricots with the cucumbers and orange juice while stirring. Boil for 4 minutes, add the mint and fill prepared jars.

Let cool well sealed.
