Ingredients

  • 1.5 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 20 g flour (1.5 tbsp)
  • 200 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • 200 ml classic vegetable broth
  • nutmeg
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Heat oil in a small pot. Add flour and whisk constantly with a whisk until pale yellow.

    Pour in milk and vegetable broth, stir constantly until boiling. Simmer covered on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Grate some nutmeg into the light sauce, season with salt and pepper.
