Here comes the basic recipe for a Spoonsparrow chocolate sauce ☞ Low‑fat milk and cocoa powder make it possible!

Ingredients

  • 350 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 25 g dark chocolate (70% cacao)
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp coconut blossom sugar

Instructions

    Take 3 tbsp of the milk and place in a small bowl. Add the cornstarch and whisk until smooth.

    Chop the chocolate. Combine with cocoa powder, coconut blossom sugar, and remaining milk in a small saucepan; stir and bring to a gentle boil while whisking.

    Remove from heat, stir in the cornstarch mixture. Return to the stove and re‑boil while stirring. Pour into a bowl and let cool for about 40 minutes.
