Ingredients
- 150 g Gudbrandsdalen (grated)
- 200 ml Crème double (or mascarpone)
- 1 grated citrus zest of an unpeeled orange
- 2 tbsp Orange juice
- a little finely chopped lemon balm
Instructions

Heat the Crème double and let the Gudbrandsdalen melt into it.

Add the orange zest, orange juice, and lemon balm to taste.

Let cool slightly and garnish with a few leaves of lemon balm.
