Ingredients
- 1 bundle basil
- 70 g crème fraîche
- 200 g butter
- 2 tbsp pine nuts (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp chili pepper (finely ground)
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Wash the basil leaves, shake dry and finely chop them. Mix with the crème fraîche and stir into the softened butter.

Lightly toast the pine nuts and combine with the chili. Season with salt and pepper, divide into small bowls and serve garnished with basil.
