Ingredients
- 6 untreated lemons
- 2 sprigs Mint
- 150 g sugar
- lemon slice
- Ice cubes

Thinly peel the zest of the lemons (without the white pith) and squeeze out the juice (about 150 ml). Combine both with the mint and 300 ml water in a bowl. Cover and let steep overnight. In a pot, bring 300 ml water to a boil, add the sugar, simmer for 3–4 minutes until sparkling, then remove from heat and cool.

Strain the lemon juice into a bowl, add the sugar syrup, mix well, pour into a jug and refrigerate.

Before serving, add lemon slices and ice cubes to the lemonade and top with still or sparkling mineral water as desired.
