Ingredients
- 2 fresh egg yolks
- 1 tsp Mustard
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 150 ml oil
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 1 untreated lemon (juice and zest)
- 2 tbsp Sour cream

Whisk egg yolks with mustard, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Gradually drizzle in oil in a thin stream while whisking until a mayonnaise forms.
