Ingredients

  • 500 g Greek yogurt
  • 2 small cucumbers
  • Salt
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar

Instructions

    Wash the cucumbers, halve them, remove the seeds and grate the flesh coarsely. Mix with 1 tsp salt and let sit for about 10 minutes. Then rinse and drain well. Set aside 1-2 tbsp for garnish and mix the rest with the yogurt. Peel the garlic and press it in. Fold into the tzatziki and season with vinegar and salt.

    Serve garnished with the remaining cucumber slices.
