Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- Salt
- 500 g Greek yogurt
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- pepper (ground)
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped dill
Instructions

Peel the cucumber, cut it lengthwise in half, scoop out the seeds and grate the halves coarsely. Mix with a little salt and let sit for about 15 minutes to draw out water. Then lightly squeeze and add to the yogurt in a bowl. Peel the garlic and grate finely into the mixture. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the olive oil.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.

Before serving fold in the dill and adjust seasoning as needed.
