Lemon Sorbet with Limoncello and Prosecco

Ingredients
- 4 tsp extra fine sugar (optional for garnish)
- 9 ice cubes
- 1 grated lemon zest (unprocessed)
- 1 bottle chilled Prosecco
- 250 g ready-made lemon sorbet
- 4 tbsp lemon liqueur
Instructions

Place glasses in the freezer for 15 minutes. Blend sugar, ice cubes, sorbet and Limoncello in a blender until a snowy consistency forms.

Dust a plate with a little sugar and press the chilled glasses into it. Fill the glasses with lemon snow, sprinkle with grated or zest of lemon. Top with Prosecco and serve immediately while still fizzing.
