Ingredients

  • 6 untreated lemons
  • 300 g sugar

Instructions

    Wash two lemons hot and finely grate their zest.

  2. 2.

    Squeeze all lemons to extract juice.

  3. 3.

    Dissolve sugar in 400 ml lukewarm water.

  4. 4.

    Add lemon juice to the mixture.

  5. 5.

    Pour everything into a bowl and place it in the freezer.

  6. 6.

    Freeze for 4 hours, stirring well every hour. Alternatively, churn in an ice cream maker.

    Serve the finished sorbet garnished with lemon zest.
