Lemon Cream Cheese Balls with Parmesan

Spoonsparrow lemon cream cheese balls with parmesan are always a hit.
Ingredients
- 300 g cream cheese
- 50 g quark
- 50 g finely grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp untreated grated lemon zest
- 1 pinch untreated grated orange zest
- 100 g coarsely grated parmesan (for rolling)
Instructions

Combine the cream cheese with the quark, parmesan, lemon juice and the grated lemon and orange zest. If the mixture is too wet, fold in a little more grated parmesan.

With damp hands form small balls and roll them in the coarsely grated parmesan. Keep chilled until serving.
