Lemon Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 tbsp thyme
  • 2 untreated lemons
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash the chicken, pat dry and halve it.

  2. 2.

    Wash the parsley, finely chop it, and mix with thyme. Slice the lemons into thin rounds.

    Place the lemon slices and herb mixture on one half of the chicken, fold over, and tie with kitchen twine. Salt, pepper, brush with oil, then grill hot for 12 minutes, turning halfway.
