Ingredients
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 6 Eggs
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 0.13 l milk
- 1 lemon (organic, zest)
- 80 ml limoncello
- powdered sugar (for dusting)

Grease and dust the pan with breadcrumbs.

Whisk butter until fluffy, add sugar and vanilla sugar, whisk until creamy. Gradually fold in eggs until sugar dissolves. Mix flour and baking powder, sift onto batter, stir in, add 4 tbsp milk, sift more flour over, repeat until smooth. Adjust milk for a pliable dough. Fold in lemon zest and limoncello, pour into pan, smooth top, bake at 175°C for about 50 minutes (test with a toothpick). Cool, unmold, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
