Ingredients
- 250 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 250 g flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 Eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 2 EL flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 untreated lemons (juice and zest)
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 160°C.

For the base beat butter with sugar until fluffy. Mix in salt and flour, stirring into the mixture until a smooth dough forms. Press dough into baking pan by hand, forming a rim. Bake in oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.

For the topping beat eggs with sugar until frothy. Fold in flour, salt, lemon juice and zest, then spread over the base. Bake in oven another 25-30 minutes. Take out of oven, cool, cut into small squares and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
