Ingredients

  • 0.5 Banana
  • 1 Lebkuchen (without glaze)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar beet syrup
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 0.5 tsp Lebkuchen spice

Instructions

    Peel the banana, slice it and put it in a blender. Break the Lebkuchen into crumbs and add to the banana. Add the milk, sugar beet syrup, cocoa and Lebkuchen spice and blend until smooth.

    Add more milk if desired, pour into a small bottle and serve with Lebkuchen. Heat the Lebkuchen latte according to taste or serve cold.
