Ingredients
- 1 salad cucumber
- 250 g yogurt
- 250 g kefir
- Salt
- 0.5 untreated lemon
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- white pepper
- 2 tbsp argan oil

Peel the cucumber, halve it and scrape out the seeds. Grate a piece of the cucumber flesh finely (about 4 tbsp grated pulp) and set aside cold. Blend the remaining cucumber with lemon juice, argan oil, half the cumin, kefir and yogurt until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Keep chilled in the refrigerator until serving.

Wash the untreated lemon hot, dry it, grate it, and cut into pieces. To serve, pour the cold soup into glasses, add 1 tbsp grated cucumber pulp to each, sprinkle a little cumin on top, and serve with a piece of lemon.
