Ingredients
- 1 romaine lettuce
- 1 bundle arugula
- 2 stalks celery
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 0.5 tsp mustard
- 5 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Separate the romaine lettuce into leaves and wash together with the arugula, rinse and dry thoroughly. Cut the salad leaves into bite‑size pieces.

Wash, trim, and slice the celery into rounds. Optionally include some celery greens as desired.

Whisk vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper together, then whisk in the oil until emulsified; taste and adjust seasoning.
