Ingredients

  • 1 Zucchini
  • 8 Cherry tomatoes
  • 120 g feta cheese
  • 8 black olives (e.g., Kalamata)
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 0.5 tsp paprika powder (sweet)

Instructions

    Wash and peel the cucumber, then slice it thinly. Wash, trim, and slice the zucchini thinly as well. Rinse the tomatoes, drain them, and cut them in half. Cut the feta into sticks.

    Arrange the sliced cucumber, zucchini, tomatoes, and olives on plates. Season with salt and pepper. Top with the feta sticks and dust with paprika powder before serving. A fresh piece of Turkish flatbread pairs nicely with this vegetable salad with feta.
