  • 300 g alfalfa sprouts
  • 150 g purslane
  • 2 handfuls edible mixed flowers
  • 50 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
