- 300 g alfalfa sprouts
- 150 g purslane
- 2 handfuls edible mixed flowers
- 50 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt

Wash and dry the sprouts and salad, then arrange on plates. Whisk all vinaigrette ingredients with a blender.
