Ingredients

  • 2 chicory
  • 150 g fresh garden and wild herbs (e.g., parsley, nettles, wood sorrel, oxeye daisy, ramp, sorrel, wild garlic...)
  • 1 handful edible flowers (e.g., chives and sage)
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Salt

Instructions

    Wash, trim, and cut the chicory into strips. Rinse the herbs, shake dry, pluck, and roughly chop. Mix with the chicory and edible flowers and arrange on plates or a platter.

    Whisk together yogurt, cream, lime juice, and honey for the dressing. Season with salt, drizzle over the salad, and serve.
