Ingredients

  • 250 g lettuce
  • 2 handfuls garden herbs such as dandelion, mustard leaves, chickweed, wild garlic sprouts
  • 4 Spring Onions
  • 100 g radishes (red and yellow)
  • 100 g goat cheese
  • 4 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp sharp mustard
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper

    Wash, rinse, and clean the lettuce and herbs. Cut the lettuce and, if desired, finely chop or slice the herb leaves. Wash, trim, and cut the spring onions into rings.

    Wash, trim, and slice the radishes. Crumble the goat cheese and mix loosely with the prepared salad ingredients. Whisk together vinegar with 1-2 tbsp water, mustard, honey, and olive oil; season with salt and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Drizzle over the salad and serve.
