Ingredients

  • 1 handful mint
  • 3 pink grapefruits
  • 4 tbsp pomegranate syrup
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Cardamom
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

    Rinse the mint, shake dry and finely chop the leaves.

  2. 2.

    Use a sharp knife to peel around each grapefruit, removing as much of the white pith as possible.

  3. 3.

    Cut the segments out between the membranes and dice them smaller.

  4. 4.

    Squeeze the juice from the remaining fruit and mix with the grapefruit pieces, mint, pomegranate syrup, cinnamon, cardamom, and lemon juice in a bowl.

  5. 5.

    Taste and divide into four small glasses.
